July 4 BBQ, 2009 : Thank you so much to the Fearnsides for hosting what has become our second annual July BBQ. We were joined by 25 students and 13 volunteers -- a perfect day! We ate lots of good food, played fun games, and had lots of time to get to know each other. The wonder of it is that all the students were new for this year, which made this time an extra benefit for them as they met more students. As we wrapped out time up, we talked about our Nation's Declaration of Independence, and then discussed some ideas related to freedom, the choices we make, and truth.
